One Night Getaway

 

1. The prize consists of one night's accommodation for two guests at Kaye Maxwell's Bed & Breakfast, including a continental breakfast.

2. The prize value is approximately $200 NZD.

3. Accommodation is subject to availability and must be booked in advance.

4. The prize is not redeemable for cash and is non-transferable.

5. Public holidays, special event weekends, and selected blackout dates may be excluded.

6. Additional guests may be accommodated subject to availability and additional charges.

7. Additional nights may be added at the winner's expense, subject to availability.

8. Food, beverages, café purchases, restaurant meals, and bar purchases are not included in this promotion.

9. Maxwell's Golf, Conference & Functions, including the café, restaurant, and licensed bar, operate independently of Kaye Maxwell's Bed & Breakfast. Any purchases made at these facilities are at the guest's own expense.

10. The winner must make contact within 14 days of being notified. Failure to do so may result in a redraw.

11. The prize must be redeemed within six (6) months of the draw date.

12. By entering the competition, participants agree to allow their name and/or photograph to be used by Kaye Maxwell's Bed & Breakfast and Maxwell's Golf & Events for promotional purposes.

13. Management reserves the right to amend, postpone, extend, or cancel the promotion at any time if circumstances require.
